Strategy For Renewal And Growth

Centered on People

I Corinthians 9:22-23 "… Whatever a person is like, I try to find common ground with him so he will let me tell him about Christ and let Christ save him. I do this to get the Gospel to them…"

Every Member a Minister

Romans 12:5-6 "In Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts according to the grace given us."

Nourished in Small Groups

Acts 5:42 "Every day in the temple, and in people’s homes they continued to teach and preach the good news…"

Target a Population Area

Colossians 4:5 "Be wise in the way you act toward unbelievers…"

Experience of Acceptance

Romans 12:7 "Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you."

Nurturing Life Development

Ephesians 4:13-15 "…We arrive at real maturity – that measure of development which is meant by ‘the fullness of Christ.’ We are meant to remain as children… but to grow up in every way into Christ…"

Authentic Leadership

Hebrews 13:7 "Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life, and imitate their faith."

Realistic Structure

Luke 5:37 "You can’t pour new wine in old wineskins."

Yoked Together for a Purpose

Matt 22:36-40 & 28:19-20 "Teacher, which commandment is the greatest in Moses’ Teachings? Jesus answered him, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This id the greatest and most important commandment. The second is like it: Love your neighbor as you love yourself. All of Moses’ Teachings and the Prophets depend on these two commandments."

"So wherever you go, make disciples of all nations: Baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
