Todd Stepp was born to Phyllis and Ralph Stepp on April 12, 1969 in New Albany.  From birth until eight years old, his family live in the New Albany and Clarksville areas.  Midway through third grade, they moved to Georgetown, where he lived until college.

Todd grew up in the Church of the Nazarene.  While attending Floyd Central High School, he sensed God calling him into fulltime ministry.  Todd graduated from Trevecca Nazarene College (now University) in 1991 with a B.A. in Religion: Pastoral Ministry/Pre-Seminary.  He earned a Master of Divinity degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary (’94) and a Doctor of Ministry degree with a concentration in Worship and Preaching from Asbury Theological Seminary (’07).  Todd was ordained an Elder on July 17, 1996

Todd’s wife, Bobbie, was born in Ventura, California, but moved near Nashville, TN during her early teens.  She earned a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from Trevecca (’91) along with an Elementary add-on (’92).  She has also completed master’s level work through Indiana Wesleyan University.

Bobbie and Todd were married on August 22, 1992.  They have two children: Sarah, born May 24, 1995, and Matthew, born April 29, 1999.  -  Sarah is getting ready for her sophomore year of high school.  She loves vocal music, dance, photography, journalism, and children.  Sarah is currently a member of the (Nazarene) Southwest Indiana District IMPACT Team, which is a music ministry team that tours the district.  -  Matthew will be in sixth grade.  He enjoys soccer, football, bass guitar, drums, superheroes and science fiction.

Upon graduation from Seminary, Todd and Bobbie moved to Greencastle, IN, where Todd served as Pastor of the Greencastle Church of the Nazarene for 12 ½ years.  For the last 3 ½ years, he has served as Pastor of the Grace Church of the Nazarene in Evansville.

Bobbie has taught high school Biology, Chemistry and ICP and has served in a number of other positions in education. Most recently, Bobbie worked in a TA Clerical position at Helfrich Park Middle School in Evansville.  She served as Children’s Ministries Director at the Greencastle Church for 12 ½ years.  In their Evansville assignment, Bobbie has taught Pre-School Sunday School, coached Children’s Bible Quizzing, and helped with Children’s Church.  She has also served in the areas of Women’s Ministries and Missions.

Pastor Todd, Bobbie, Sarah and Matthew are excited and looking forward to being a part of the family of faith at Centenary United Methodist Church!  May God be glorified in and through our ministry together!
